Joseph R. Hardiman - Mr. Hardiman was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. ("NASD") and of its wholly owned subsidiary, The NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc. Prior to his NASD position, Mr. Hardiman was a Managing Director of Alex. Brown & Sons, Incorporated. He is currently a director of several public and private companies and of several not-for-profit entities.
Edward J. Mathias - Mr. Mathias was previously a Managing Director of T. Rowe Price Associates and the head of its small-cap investment activities. He is currently a director of several public companies and a Managing Director of The Carlyle Group, a Washington, D.C.-based merchant bank that he co-founded.
George P. Stamas - Mr. Stamas is a Partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and previously was Vice Chairman of Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown. Prior to joining Alex. Brown, he was the co-head of the corporate practice at the law firm of Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering. Mr. Stamas' involvement with Camden Partners began with the founding of its predecessor, Cahill, Warnock & Company, and has continued on a variety of business and investment matters.
Paul H. Stephens - Mr. Stephens is a Managing Director of RS Investment Management and was previously a founding partner of Robertson Stephens, which was acquired by FleetBoston Financial Corporation. Robertson Stephens was a leading underwriter of growth equity offerings and had a history of specializing in small capitalization stocks and venture capital funds.
