$10 million investment with Ranir, LLC completed

Camden Partners Holdings, LLC, a private equity firm headquartered in Baltimore, today announced the completion of a $10 million investment with Ranir, LLC a manufacturer and marketer of consumer oral care products to leading retail customers and branded oral care companies in North America.

Proceeds of the financing will be used for expansion capital and a recapitalization. The deal was led by Camden Partners' David Warnock and Jason Tagler.

"While continuing to deliver quality products and services will be our primary focus, we will also consider opportunities to expand into related private label categories in the years ahead."
