Camden Partners Announces $9.7 Million Investment with Annapolis-based Towne Park, Ltd.

Baltimore, Md. - Camden Partners Holdings, LLC, a private equity firm headquartered in Baltimore, today announced the completion of a $9.7 million investment with Towne Park, Ltd., a premier provider of contracted hospitality services and parking systems nationwide. Towne Park is headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland.

Proceeds of the financing will be used for expansion capital and a recapitalization. The deal was led by Camden Partners' David Warnock and Grace Garry.

Towne Park has over 100 clients in more than 20 markets and more than 2,500 employees. It primarily caters to full-service hotels and resorts and also manages services and parking assets for residential properties, hospitals, office complexes, restaurants, clubs, and other venues.
