Global Payments & Planet Payment Sign Agreements to Launch "Pay in Your Currency" service for Asia-Pacific Merchants

Planet Payment [LSE:PPT and PPTR] is pleased to announce an agreement with Global Payments, (NYSE: GPN) a leading global provider of electronic transaction processing services, for the deployment of our Pay in Your Currency solution to merchants in the Asia-Pacific region. Through its joint venture with HSBC, Global Payments has established a leading position in the Asia-Pacific region where it now operates in ten countries and territories. Planet Payment's Pay In Your Currency solution will initially be offered in Malaysia and Taiwan with service targeted to commence prior to the end of 2007.
