Investment Process / Criteria

Camden Partners screens and performs extensive due diligence on numerous public companies and leverages its platform of private equity activities for additional idea flow. The hedge fund utilizes a fundamentals-driven approach to select undervalued small capitalization companies. The inefficiencies within small companies' valuations are the drivers of above market performance. The fund has been managed by David Warnock, Partner, since inception (10/95) and is currently assisted by Shane Kim, Principal (since 5/99), and Dan Rambert, Associate (since 11/04).
