Greg Moran comes to Camden as an Operating Partner and Advisor after a history of driving success among portfolio companies. Greg is an innovative entrepreneur and leader with a career that has been focused on software and tech-enabled services companies in HCM, talent analytics, and the future of work. His joining the Camden team provides exceptional insight, energy and expertise to our work.
Greg Moran was Founder and CEO of Harver, a Camden portfolio company focused on talent analytics, where he grew revenue from $10 million to over $50 million through organic growth and 7 acquisitions in the US and Europe. He helped the board execute on a successful majority recap of Harver and then founded Evergreen Mountain Equity Partners, an investment fund focused on the future of work. Greg has also played significant roles with other Camden portfolio companies including as interim Chief Revenue Officer of Conquer, a Camden Fund VI portfolio company.
Early in his career, Greg was the founding head of sales at PeopleAnswers, which was a fast-growing company in the online-pre-hiring-assessment space and was sold to Infor in 2014. After that, he founded a talent analytics software company which provided automated reference checking services and then merged that business into what eventually became Harver.
Greg earned a B.A. in Political Science from State University of New York at Plattsburgh. He lives in Evergreen, Colorado with his family and is an avid skier, cyclist and triathlete, having completed multiple Ironman triathlons.
